This alloy has the following characteristics:
C276 alloy has excellent corrosion resistance to most corrosive media in the oxidized and reduced state. Excellent resistance to pitting, crevice and stress corrosion cracking. C276 alloy is suitable for various chemical process equipment containing oxidizing or reducing media. The higher molybdenum, chromium content and low carbon content make the alloy resistant to chloride ion attack, and the addition of tungsten also further improves its corrosion resistance. C276 is one of the only materials that can withstand the corrosion of humid chlorine, hypochlorite and chlorine dioxide solutions. The alloy has significant corrosion resistance to high concentration chloride solutions (such as iron chloride and chlorine). Copper)
